I wish I could give more than 5 stars as Josh was absolutely incredible. I have personally bought and sold real estate on multiple occasions and made the mistake of using other Realtors. I can honestly say that if I had to do it all over again I would use Josh every time. In our most recent transaction we used Josh to sell our home in Maryland. Josh got the home under contract in only 4 days for 20k over asking price, without any inspections, a cash covered appraisal waiver, and a 17-day free rent back. Throughout the entire deal Josh was extremely responsive and made sure that my wife and I understood every part of the deal and our wants/needs were well represented. He even went as far to find and schedule us contractors to help get the home ready to sell and even came over on his own time and helped us clean the home the week before going live. Josh was absolutely incredible throughout the entire deal and if you have any real estate needs I can't recommend him enough. His passion for real estate truly shows in how well he represents his clients.”

Josh listed our home for sale with only two weeks notice. He facilitated some work to be done on the home prior to listing and got us $15,000 over asking price. We had numerous solid offers to choose from after only four days on the market! Not only did Josh sell our home, but he found us the house of our dreams within that month. We got that property for the sellers asking price (uncommon in this market) and actually got a few needed repairs paid for. The other realtors involved in both the buying/selling process were less than stellar, and Josh did not hesitate to do more than his share of the work to ensure our deals still went through.
